Chris HAUTH

Chris Hauth is a former Olympic swimmer who found a passion for endurance sports. After participating in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games for Germany, Chris decided to push himself into the realm of triathlons and has since evolved to become one of the best amateur Ironman triathletes in the world. Despite a rigorous training and racing schedule, he works for Charles Schwab & Co and coaches a select group of Ironman bound athletes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Chris' Olympic background in swimming helped him to finish 7th overall amongst the pros and amateurs in the Coeur d' Alene Ironman and Ralph's Half Ironman. In 2003 Chris ranked number one in his age group of 30 to 35, quickly joining the ranks of world class triathletes.
