Rachel has served as head coach of the AGUA Swim Team since 2010. In her first year, she led the team to a record breaking season. Since that time, she has helped her swimmers break Metro records, National Age Group records and more.
In the summer of 2012, Rachel was one of only three female coaches to put an athlete on the U.S. Olympic Team and the only female coach to have a swimmer on both the U.S. National Team and the U.S. National Youth Team.
In 2011, Rachel was selected to be on the U.S. National Team staff, traveling with the U.S. National Junior Team to the Junior World Championship held in Lima, Peru.
Rachel has been presented the Certificate of Excellence for outstanding coaching achievements in the United States for 2010 and 2011 by the American Swimming Coaches Association. Recently, she was selected to the U.S. National Team Coaching Staff at Short Course World Championships in Istanbul, Turkey and was named head coach of the National Select Camp held at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
