Francis CRIPPEN

Francis Crippen carries two prestigious U.S. National titles on his belt in the grueling 800m free. Francis explored open water swimming for the first time at the 2006 Pan Pacific Championship where he garnered a smooth Silver medal. Swimming since age six, the distance swimmer has gone on to claim international medals including his two Silver medals at the 2003 Pan American Games. Francis holds the current University of Virginia pool record in the 1,000m Free.
