Huntington Beach, CA – June 11, 2012 – TYR’s Matt Grevers proved his readiness this weekend at Mutual of Omaha Swimvitational with a first place win in the 200m Backstroke. Swimming in TYR’s AP12 Compression Speed Short, Grevers winning time of 2:00:82 was more than three seconds faster than the second place finisher. The Swimvitational serves as a warm-up for Olympic Trials which will also take place in Omaha at the end of June. Grevers also took second place in the 100m Backstroke with a time of 54:64.
