TYR Signs Ironman World Champion

TYR is pleased to announce the newest member to our athlete community, 2007 Ironman World Champion, Chrissie Wellington.

Chrissie joins the TYR team as one of the world’s top female competitors in triathlon. She brings true talent and amazing character to the sport of Triathlon. Just seven weeks before the 2007 Ironman World Championship, she competed in her first ever Ironman race – Ironman Korea. Chrissie won Ironman Korea and then went on to upset all competitors in Kona by capturing the world’s most prestigious Ironman crown, the 2007 Ironman World Championship.
