By the TYR size chart, my thin frame (5'8" 142 lbs) should fit into the Small size. It was not even close. I should have known better. I have the long sleeve version of the Hurricane Cat 5 wetsuit in size medium and it fits with just the right amount of snug. I love these wetsuits but the size chart is way off.

Hurricane Sleeveless wetsuit Cat 5 fits too small. I m a small guy 5'7" 125bls. I brought a long sleeve Hurricane wetsuit cat 1 in size XS which fits perfectly but decided to return it to get this sleeveless model cat 5. Everyone comments on this was it fit very small. So I ordered a size bigger in size Small. To my disappointment , The legs, chest, waist, hip are painfully tight once I was able to squeeze myself in it, and could not move. I measured it and laid it on top of mine older wetsuit in size XS. This one run a size smaller than XS. The fabric is not as stretchable as other the models, and perhaps the sizing is missed labeled. I decided to return this. On the pros, this wetsuit has great features and thickness that if I was to swim in it. I would float right on the surface of the water but won't be able to kick or move.
