I have a 32" bust, 26" waist, and 34" hip. I purchased the size 32 per the recommended size chart. This suit is sold as a competition suit! Last time i checked competition suits should be almost too small. The check to ensure you have the right size suit is to pull up on the shoulder straps and they should not be easily pulled above your ears. Also, all part of a suit should stretch over the curves of your body. This suit was far too big!!!! It bunches on the shoulders and is baggie in the butt. When swimming it catches water in the small of my back.... This creates a whole lot of drag!! The last thing you want when swimming is drag. I swore by tyr suits until this one! I also purchased the 'Women's Competitor Thin Strap Reversible Bikini' in an XS which should have the same fit per the size chart. The bikini is perfect for me. Someone needs to take an interest in the size chart especially for suits they are selling to race in!!!
Unfortunately for me, I have to try a suit in the water before I know if I am happy with it... So, I am guessing I will have to buy another suit!

Q: If I wear a size 10 bathing suit in other TYR models, what size will I take in the women's Alliance Durafast Splice Maxfit. Thanks. Leslie
Q: HI. Which is the best suit to buy for women with a lot up top? I noticed most suits have no mention of a bra. I am a 36E. I am looking for a lap swimsuit. Thanks Vanessa
