All stress points along the suit are reinforced with micro-stitch tacking to ensure suit integrity even under extreme strains.

Tracer Range of Motion (ROM) Straps
Stitched and firmly reinforced eight times for a sturdy hold that won’t split. Never compromising movement in the design process, allowing for fluidity and explosiveness.
Tracer Power Mesh
The Power Mesh liner is made from .4mm Poly micro-mesh, increasing the specific strength of the suit by a dramatic factor without escalating the weight. A hydrophobic finisher is applied to the mesh liner to act as an ultimate barrier against water.
Tracer Power Compression Panels
Incorporating power mesh, these panels will lock the core in with up to a 75% increase in zoned compression vs. a typical Lycra® suit. Decrease body circumference by up to 10%.
With industry exclusive muscle-mapping seams, the Tracer B-Series’ five-piece pattern design fits along the contours of the body to provide superior fit and reduce drag.
Tracer Four-Way Lock Seams
Contour the body and provide the strongest control available. TYR’s industry leading 18 stitch-per-inch seams are incredibly durable, low-profile, and offer superior range of motion (ROM).
Stretches, contours and recovers to maintain a compressive fit over time
Tracer Compression Panels
Used in conjunction with the Four-Way Lock Seams, and intricately designed around the human musculature, these muscle-mapped panels will lock the core in with up to a 25% increase in zoned compression vs. a typical Lycra® suit. Panels decrease body circumference by up to 5%. Compression generated by the suit decreases muscle undulation and helps improve blood flow and re-oxygenation of the muscle core.
Smooth, flat-bonded seams outline the suit to create a stitchless design that provides a fluid, drag-reducing fit. The inside of the seam are bonded then encased with HB (high-bond) micro-taping to provide ultimate hold that won’t burst. The HB tape provides a consistently smooth stretch that leaves leg, arm, and neck openings a seamless transition from skin to fabric.

True to size, but not fast
Feb 18, 2015 | Posted by | Gender: Female Sport Interest: Swimming Age: 18-24 Size Purchased: 28
This is an okay suit. Based on the sizing chart provided, it is true to size. I'm 5'5", 140 pounds, 35" chest, 56" torso, and 29" and wear a size 28 in this suit. I normally wear a size 28 in TYR practice suits and a size 26 in Speedo practice suits. This suit takes 15-25 minutes to get on, as most tech suits do. It repels water well and dries quickly. It lasts a while: it lasts me about 3-4 four-day meets before it starts to fade, and I swim longer races. Since I swim distance, the suit straps are very tight for the first few uses, and I wouldn't recommend this suit for milers. It's not that fast of a suit, either. It compresses you well and keeps you on top of the water, but doesn't offer as much speed as a Speedo. I wouldn't recommend this suit if you're looking for a super fast suit.

Q: I am 170 lbs and 5'5'' and I'm trying to figure out what size I would order, but I can't tell by the chart.
Q: How do the Tracer B-series fit compared to the AP 12 Credere Compression Open Back suits? For the AP 12, I wore a 30 but it was far too painful/difficult to get on because it was double-layered, so I plan to get a 32 the next time. For the Tracer B-series, should I get a 32 as well, since it's a thinner fabric? I'm 5'9 and 150-155 lbs
Q: Hello, Is the item sewed or glued together? Thankyou you for time. Goodbye
Q: Hello. Please, help me. I need WOMEN'S TRACER B-SERIES SHORTJOHN. My size: height 5"2, weight 83"6. What my size according to the table?
Q: Fit question: Is the fit more accurate if you go by weight or by height? I am tallish but slim and my size doesn't quite fit anywhere on the chart. What is best size for a racing fit for 5 ft 9 and 122 lbs? Hate to have the suit too short, but hate to have it too loose. Thanks.
