This is my first experience with a streamlined kickboard and it took a few days to find the best way to use it. Because it's lighter and more streamlined than conventionally larger and heavier boards, I needed to kick harder using more of my hip and thigh muscles. But the results were impressive--a stronger kick with faster times.
