CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email at time of order.

ESTIMATING TIME OF ARRIVAL

Consider the following when estimating when your order will arrive:

1. Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.

2. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. PST are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping only occurs on business days - Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

4. Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.

5. There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
