ORDER STATUS

NOTICE ON SHIPPING

The TYR warehouse will be closed for inventory from Friday, August 1st through Thursday, August 7th. For orders placed between Thursday, July 31st through Thursday, August 7th, you can expect to receive your order (pending availability) via UPS Ground in 11-15 business days after the day it was placed. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available during this time.

Due to the extended shipping window, shipping will be FREE for all orders placed from July 31st through August 7th. On August 8th shipping and handling will resume to normal.

Due to certain restrictions we ship only to the 50 United States. (International shoppers please visit our Store Locator to find the International Licensee near you.) P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. TYR has the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Affected customers will be notified by TYR Customer Service.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email at time of order.

ESTIMATING TIME OF ARRIVAL

Consider the following when estimating when your order will arrive:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
• Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. PST are processed the next business day.
• Shipping only occurs on business days - Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
• Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
