Peter Marshall Sets World Record in Tracer Rise Technology

Peter Marshall establishes a new World Record in the 100m Backstroke at the 2008 World Cup in Stockholm. Peter posted a new standard with a time of 49.94, beating out the previous 2006 record of 49.99. He set the fastest time in the world while wearing the elite swimsuit technology, Tracer Rise. Tracer Rise Peter earned 2 Silver medals at the 2008 World Cup circuit in Durban, South Africa and 2 Bronze medals in Singapore. He won these in his premiere events, the 50m Backstroke and 100m Backstroke. Carrying a prestigious career resume, Peter is the 2008 World Champion (50m Backstroke SCM) and 2007 U.S. National Champion (100m Backstroke). In the 100m Backstroke (SCM), he holds the current American Record and the U.S. Open Record.
