Seal Beach, CA - January 6, 2022 - TYR Sport Signs Serbian Fitness Star, Lazar Đukić.

Born in Serbia, Lazar Đukić grew up playing water polo for ten years with multiple national titles to his name. After retiring from the sport to study in the United States, Đukić quickly found his love for Fitness. In 2017, he returned home and went right to work, earning a National Title and the rights to be referred to as 'Serbia's Fittest Man' for five straight years. In 2019 Lazar was invited to compete in his first CrossFit® Games but ultimately declined to prepare for a stronger rookie showing. He then returned in 2021 and exploded onto the scene with a 9th place finish in his freshman Games appearance. He then followed up with a second-place showing at the Dubai Crossfit® Championship a few weeks ago as he works towards this year's CrossFit® Games.
