Huske had a successful career as a teenager, winning 5 gold medals and 1 silver medal at the 2019 World Junior Championships in Budapest. In 2019 she was ranked fourth in America. At the 2021 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Omaha, Nebraska, Huske swam the best time in her 100 m butterfly semifinal, setting a new American record of 55.78. In the final the next day, June 14, Huske set a new record of 55.66, the third-fastest time ever. This qualified her to swim at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
