All TYR products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase date. TYR reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or exchange.

TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL

1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form attached to the packing slip that you received with your merchandise.

2. Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as refund or exchange for another item, size or color.

3. Place the Return/Exchange Form in the box with your merchandise.

Please send your package including the Return/Exchange form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number are included. Return mailing expense is not refundable.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

DISCLAIMERS:

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color.  However, the actual color displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings.  As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

Customized Products:
Any item(s) that have been customized or custom built to specification (including TYR Custom Special Ops, Remix and Swimple Goggles) are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
