Huntington Beach, CA - August 29, 2011 - TYR athletes Matt Chrabot and Sarah Haskins executed impressive races to garner first place finishes at the Life Time Chicago Triathlon.   Chrabot and Haskins finished in 1:50:21 and 2:02:05, respectively.  For Haskins, this was third consecutive victory at the Chicago Triathlon in the past three years.   Both athletes will receive valuable points in the race to the Toyota Cup, which will take place on October 2nd in Dallas, Texas. Chrabot put up three solid splits of 22:06 on the swim, 54:53 on the Bike, and 32:36 on the run, to edge the second place male by seven seconds.  This was Chrabot's first win this year in the 2011 Toyota Cup Series, and his three splits showed what a well-rounded competitor he is, finishing 4th on the swim, 3rd on the bike, and 3rd on the run. Haskins was equally impressive with times of 25:29 on the swim, 1:00:38 on the bike, and 37:31 on the run.   Winning the race by over two minutes, Haskins displayed dominance on the run and bike, never losing her first place position.  Haskins is currently first in total points in the Toyota Cup Series rankings for the women.
