Standard orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. You can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after it was placed.
2 DAY AIR (3-4 Business Days)
2nd Day Air orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect delivery 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Signature required upon delivery.
NEXT DAY AIR (2-3 Business Days)
Next Day Air orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Signature required upon delivery.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. TYR has the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Affected customers will be notified by TYR Customer Service.
ALASKA & HAWAII - U.S. PRIORITY MAIL
Alaska & Hawaii orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. You can expect to receive your order via U.S. Priority Mail in 4-8 business days after it was placed.
P.O. BOXES - U.S. PRIORITY MAIL

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
TYR.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Zonos to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose your country in the address field. The items will automatically transfer to the Zonos Cart. You will receive a shipping time estimate before checkout.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom orders placed through the team portal will take an average of 2 weeks to process and ship.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING
Ground shipments for West Coast Customers: Order needs to be placed by 12/14 to ensure delivery by Christmas as long as there is no delay in transit due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, package damaged or lost in transit, etc.
Ground shipments for Mid-West/East Coast Customers: During this peak season, UPS does not guarantee any set delivery time for all ground packages.
2nd Day Air Shipments: Order must be placed by 12/19 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.
Next Day Air Shipments: Order must be placed by 12/20 to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.
