NCAA Records Broken in Tracer Titan Technology

At the 2009 Pac 10 Championships in Long Beach, the NCAA Record fell to 51.41 in the 100-yard breaststroke. Wearing the newly released and NCAA approved Tracer Titan, the previous standard of 51.56 was erased. Noteworthy, the 51.56 was set at the 2007 NCAA Championships by Northwestern’s Mike Alexandrov, also wearing TYR. The excitement continued with another NCAA Record broken in the 400-yard medley relay in a record setting time of 3:03.30. This is an improvement upon the 3:04.04 standard set in TYR at the 2007 NCAA Championships by Matt Grevers and Alexandrov.
