An American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong is a full-length, live-action DVD featuring the 2009 Girl of the Year. TYR Remains at the Forefront of Product Safety with Introduction of New Kid Safe Packaging The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, or CPSIA 2008, is new legislation primarily developed to protect children under the age of 12. It is a complex law that covers merchandise in many product categories among them swim goggles and caps. TYR’s youth swim accessories have been tested and approved in accordance with the Consumer Protection Safety Commission’s guidelines. All CPSIA compliant children’s product will feature packaging with an identifiable red KID SAFE logo alongside copy that reads “This product is in compliance with the safety standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 for LEAD CONTENT and PHTHALATES."
