Action packed excitement paired with determination made dreams come true this weekend for TYR divers. After days of intense competition, TYR Indiana Hoosier coach Dr. Jeff Huber qualified his diver as a member of 2008 U.S. Diving Olympic Team. Our TYR coach used his vast expertise to place a female diver on each Olympic Team in 2000, 2004 and now 2008. TYR divers Nancilea Foster of Texas and Allison Brennan of Huntington Beach, Calif. captured Silver and Bronze in the Olympic Trials. This earned both divers an opportunity to compete for the second spot in the 3m event on the 2008 U.S. Diving Olympic Team to be decided at the final qualifier at the U.S. Olympic Diving Selection Camp in two weeks. The Top 3 Finishers in the Women’s 3m Diving all wore TYR.
