Huntington Beach, CA – June 26, 2013 – TYR Sport is proud to announce a multi-year sponsorship agreement with two-time Olympian Chloe Sutton, who had an excellent performance at the Phillips 66 National Championships in Indianapolis yesterday. She pulled out a second-place finish in the Women’s 800-meter Freestyle, earning her a spot in the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona next month.

This accolade adds to Sutton’s already impressive athletic resume, which includes becoming the first American in history to compete in both open water and pool competitions at the Olympic level. TYR is thrilled to have yet another athlete of such high caliber represent the brand.

At only 21 years old, Sutton brings unparalleled positivity, energy and enthusiasm to the sport and serves as a role model for younger swimmers.

Sutton will compete in three more events this week at the National Championships in Indianapolis.
