Huntington Beach, CA -- January 29, 2014 -- TYR Sport’s talented team of professional athletes just got even stronger with the acquisition of world champion swimmer Megan Romano. The 22-year-old American specializes in freestyle and backstroke events and has proven herself a powerful new element on Team USA relays at international competitions.

At the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona, Romano anchored the women’s 400m freestyle relay, which earned a gold medal and shattered the previous American record. She also earned another gold medal for her participation in the 400m medley relay.
