TYR’s Andy Potts celebrated an early-season victory at the 2010 Ironman 70.3 New Orleans on Sunday, April 18th with a final time of 3:43:44. Potts exited the water in the TYR Sayonara swimskin 1:30 ahead of the pack and also had the fastest back-end speed of the day to clock a half-marathon split of 1:12:40. He finished a comfortable 3:33 ahead of the next competitor. The next stop of Pott’s 2010 race schedule will be Ironman 70.3 Texas on Sunday, April 25th in Galveston Island, Texas.
